HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Spirit Supplements offers the following guidelines as
a place to start, with no intention to override one's own intuition, or
recommendations from a professional health care provider.
 AULTERRA
- Beginning with Aulterra is most advantageous. Aulterra's blend of
minerals is specifically formulated to resonate in perfect harmonic
alignment and balance with the universal energy known as "phi".
When consumed, Aulterra strengthens the energy fields of the body and
establishes optimal harmonic patterns in as little as 3 to 7 days.
Starting with Aulterra for at least one week will greatly maximize the
effects of the other Spirit Supplements products. With clear intentions,
take one Aulterra capsule first thing in the morning and another capsule
the last thing before going to sleep.
Continue to take Aulterra until the bottle is complete.

ROSE EXTRACT - As you begin taking Spirit Supplements Gold, also begin taking Chamae Rose Extract. Chamae Rose Extract is made
from an organic herb that grows naturally on the Spirit Supplements mineral deposit.
It works synergistically with the minerals to deeply broaden and enhance
your "Spirit Supplements Experience". Chamae Rose should be
taken once a day for one week. We then suggest not taking it for a week
and noticing any differences while continuing with the Gold, Aulterra
and LifeSource. Most feel a cleansing effect with Chamae Rose that helps
the body align with its changing electromagnetic fields.
WILL I FEEL ANYTHING?
Taking all four products as directed in our Starter Kit
produces tremendous results, whether you feel them or not! For many, the
